Steven Donnelly - Director

Steven Donnelly
Director

Steven has worked with children in care for many years, supporting young people with highly complex needs and achieving consistently positive outcomes. He believes that helping children reach their full potential starts with listening, understanding, and building trusting relationships.

 

Steven also recognises the importance of surrounding himself with a strong, dedicated team that shares the same values, vision, and commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Throughout his career, Steven has successfully completed a wide range of professional training programmes, including Train the Trainer qualifications in Safeguarding and PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy), and is currently working on his NVQ level 5.

Steven is deeply passionate about supporting and caring for young people. His commitment to making a positive difference in their lives is evident in his day-to-day practice, where his enthusiasm, dedication, and person-centred approach continue to inspire meaningful change and improved outcomes.

Jodie Goulding - Manager

Jodie Goulding
Manager

Jodie has dedicated many years to supporting the wellbeing, development, and positive outcomes of children and young people. She began her career as a support worker with a strong commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those in her care and has since progressed into a managerial role within children’s services.

Jodie holds NVQ Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications in Young Children and Families and is currently working towards her Level 5 qualification. She brings a practical, compassionate and child centred approach to her work, ensuring that the needs and wellbeing of every child remain at the heart of her practice.

Throughout her career, Jodie has worked closely with children in care, supporting their educational achievements, emotional development and individual care plans. She has built strong relationships with families, schools and professionals, advocating for children and ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.

 

Her focus has always been on helping children feel safe, valued, understood and empowered to reach their full potential, Jodie strongly believes that every child deserves the opportunity to build a positive future from a foundation of safety, support and encouragement.

Rachel Mottram - Deputy Manager

Rachel Mottram
Deputy Manager

Rachel has been working with children and young people for over three years. She started her journey in residential childcare as a Support Worker and quickly discovered her passion for helping young people grow in confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals.

 

Before moving into children's services, Rachel worked with adults experiencing mental health difficulties, gaining valuable experience in providing compassionate, person-centred support. This background has helped her develop a caring and understanding approach, enabling her to build positive relationships with the young people she works with.

Rachel is currently working towards her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare and is committed to continually developing her knowledge and skills. She takes great pride in creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where young people feel valued, supported, and encouraged to be the best version of themselves.

 

Rachel is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people and believes that every child deserves the opportunity to feel heard, respected, and empowered to succeed.
