Chris has over 15 years experience of working with both adults and young people with learning disabilities and also young people who are within support and crisis provisions. Chris is passionate about helping people reach their true potential and believes it is his role to remove the barriers that those with learning difficulties, or those who have experienced significant trauma within a care environment often face. He has set out on a mission to create person, centred, bespoke packages to give those from social or emotional dispositions a chance to flourish. Chris is currently enrolled on the Children, Young People and Families Manger Level 5 Apprenticeship.

Steven has been working with children  for just over a year now as an RSO. Although it’s a short time, Steven has over 20 years experience caring for his father who has a brain injury. To say Steven is passionate about his job is an understatement, Steven’s passion from a very young age has been to help vulnerable and less fortunate people who are simply needing guidance and support in life. Steven has adapted to working with children fantastically well and has undertaken a lot of training courses the past couple of years. Steven has had amazing success the last year in changing the lives of children who simply needed someone who listened and worked with them at a crucial time in there life.
